To deliver honest, straightforward and reliable after-sales service, we have established this official return policy for all products purchased from our store.

We allow customers to apply for returns or exchanges within 30 calendar days starting from the date your parcel is successfully delivered. We highly recommend that you check the fit, color, fabric condition, stitching and overall quality of your items immediately after unpacking. Any late return requests without valid justification will not be reviewed or approved by our support team.

All returned jeans, dresses, blouses and cardigans must be in brand-new, unwashed and unworn condition, keeping full resale value. All items must meet the following standards: No visible signs of wear, including stains, dirt, makeup marks, sweat residue and unpleasant odors. No fabric damage such as fading, pilling, stretching, loose threads, scratches or deformed shapes caused by personal use. All original tags, care labels and factory packaging must remain intact, unremoved and undamaged. Any personal alteration, tailoring, cutting, ironing or self-laundering will result in return disqualification.

Final sale clearance items, promotional discounted garments, professionally cleaned or washed clothing, items with artificial damage, and products damaged by improper daily care or private storage cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once our warehouse receives your returned package, our quality inspection team will complete verification within 1–2 working days. Upon successful inspection, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 working days. Style and size exchanges are available for jeans, dresses, blouses and cardigans, subject to real-time inventory availability, with any price differences adjusted accordingly.

Returns requested due to personal fit issues, style preference or individual dissatisfaction require customers to cover return shipping fees and basic handling fees. If your order contains defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped items due to our operational errors, our brand will cover all return shipping costs with zero additional charges for customers.

If you receive faulty, defective or mismatched apparel, please contact our customer service team within 3 days upon delivery. Kindly provide clear photos of the defective area and outer packaging for official verification. Our team will respond within 24 hours and provide practical solutions including product replacement, full refund or store credit.

Submit a return request via our official email, including your order number and specific return reason. Wait for our official return authorization and detailed shipping guidelines. Pack all garments properly to avoid squeezing, friction damage or deformation during transit. Refunds or exchanges will be processed immediately after your returned items pass warehouse inspection.
