All paid orders will be processed and prepared for shipment within 24 to 48 working hours. Our operational team strictly follows fixed working schedules: we operate from 9:30 to 17:00 GMT every Monday to Friday, and cease all order processing, packaging and dispatching work during weekends and UK statutory public holidays. Every garment undergoes meticulous quality inspection before leaving our warehouse. Our team checks jeans for sturdy stitching, intact denim texture and perfect fitting details; verifies dresses for consistent color tone, smooth cutting and flawless workmanship; examines blouses for neat hems, clean fabric and wrinkle resistance; and inspects cardigans for even knitting, no loose threads and soft hand feel. Only qualified products will be packed and delivered to customers.

We adopt tailored packaging solutions for different clothing types to maintain optimal product condition during transit. Denim jeans are wrapped with protective layered packaging to prevent extrusion and shape distortion. Dresses and blouses are packed with anti-wrinkle inner materials to keep tidy and elegant. Knit cardigans are individually sealed in dust-proof bags to avoid pilling and friction damage. All parcels are equipped with waterproof outer packaging to cope with long-distance transportation and variable weather conditions.

We provide stable, fast and affordable delivery services covering the entire United Kingdom. All local shipping options include free real-time tracking, allowing customers to monitor parcel movement and delivery progress at any time. Standard Delivery: 3–4 working days delivery, shipping fee £1.38. Free standard shipping is offered for all UK orders over £23. Priority Express Delivery: 1–2 working days fast delivery, shipping fee £2.65. All orders confirmed before midday on working days will be dispatched on the same day. Signature Confirmation Delivery: 3–4 working days delivery, shipping fee £1.55. This service is highly recommended for high-value dresses and handmade cardigans to ensure safe receipt and prevent parcel loss.

coveystv provides reliable worldwide shipping services to most mainstream countries and regions globally. All international parcels support full-process trackable logistics until successful delivery. Please note that overseas shipping may face unforeseen delays due to official customs clearance procedures, local courier operational adjustments or severe weather conditions beyond our control. European Countries: 4–6 working days, shipping fee £5.05. Free shipping for orders over £66. USA & Canada: 6–9 working days, shipping fee £8.75. Free shipping for orders over £116. Asia & Oceania: 7–11 working days, shipping fee £10.45. Other Global Regions: 9–12 working days, shipping fee £12.25.

All import duties, local taxes and customs clearance fees incurred by cross-border shipments are borne solely by the buyer. Textile products including jeans, dresses, blouses and cardigans may receive random customs inspection in different countries. coveystv will not assume responsibility for parcel detention, return shipment or extra charges caused by local import policies and regulatory rules.

Our shipping service does not cover military restricted zones, internationally sanctioned territories, remote isolated islands and areas without complete logistics network coverage. We do not support delivery to unverified PO box addresses. If the customer’s shipping address is invalid, incorrect or undeliverable, our customer service team will promptly contact you to update address information or process a full refund without any hidden handling fees.

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, an automatic shipping confirmation email containing your exclusive tracking number and official tracking link will be sent to your registered email address. If no valid logistics updates are generated for three consecutive working days, please contact our support team for professional parcel investigation and follow-up processing.

If the courier fails to complete delivery due to recipient absence, a collection notice will be left at your delivery address. All unclaimed parcels will be returned to our warehouse after 7 working days. Customers can apply for paid re-delivery service or partial refund. The original shipping fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. If you receive defective, damaged, stained or poorly crafted jeans, dresses, blouses or cardigans within 48 hours after receiving the parcel, please provide clear defect photos as evidence. We offer hassle-free after-sales solutions including full refunds, free product replacements and complimentary return services.

Customers can modify delivery address information free of charge before order dispatch. After the parcel is shipped out, address modification cannot be fully guaranteed. If logistics conditions allow adjustment, a small administrative handling fee of £1.45 will be charged.
