Policy Updates & Authorized Usage We retain the right to amend, adjust or update these Terms at any time to comply with UK retail regulations, consumer protection policies and internal business optimization. All updated clauses will take immediate effect once published online, without requirement for prior user notification. All apparel items sold by coveystv, including jeans, dresses, blouses and cardigans, are designed exclusively for personal non-commercial use. Any unauthorized resale, commercial distribution, style imitation and bulk trading of our products is strictly prohibited.

User Eligibility & Information Authenticity Only users aged 18 or above are permitted to independently place orders and complete payments on our platform. Any purchases initiated by underage users must be fully supervised and approved by legal guardians, who shall bear full responsibility for all transaction risks and after-sales disputes. When submitting orders, you confirm that all personal profiles, contact methods and shipping addresses you provide are true, accurate and complete. We accept no liability for delivery failures, parcel deviation or extra logistics costs arising from false or incomplete user information.

Product Introduction & Inventory Rules We provide real shooting images and detailed feature descriptions for all core apparel categories. Due to fabric characteristics, manual tailoring processes and different lighting environments, minor visual differences including slight color deviation, subtle grain texture and tiny stitching gaps may exist between individual garments of jeans, dresses, blouses and cardigans. These natural batch differences are normal in the garment industry and do not belong to quality defects. All product stock status is dynamically updated in real time. We reserve the right to remove discontinued styles, launch new seasonal collections and adjust stock quantities. In case of system stock errors leading to out-of-stock situations after customer payment, we will actively contact the user and complete a full refund without any deduction or hidden fees.

Order Confirmation & Payment Security Your order submission represents valid purchasing intention. A formal sales agreement is officially formed after we issue an order confirmation email to your registered mailbox. We adopt high-standard encrypted payment systems to protect user fund safety and transaction data privacy. All commodity prices and shipping fees are clearly displayed during checkout with fully transparent charges and zero hidden costs. We have the right to suspend or cancel abnormal orders including invalid address orders, repeated submissions, suspicious risky transactions and orders affected by system failures. All qualified refunds will be returned through the original payment channel within 3–5 working days.

Shipping Standards & Garment Packaging We provide nationwide delivery services across the United Kingdom. Shipping fees are calculated based on parcel weight and size. Different targeted packaging protection is adopted for different apparel types: jeans are packed with compression-resistant packaging to keep shape; dresses and blouses are wrapped with wrinkle-proof materials; cardigans are placed in breathable dust-proof bags to avoid deformation and pilling during transportation. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by uncontrollable external factors such as extreme weather, courier suspension and traffic restrictions. Customers must carefully inspect product conditions after receiving parcels. If the received jeans, dresses, blouses or cardigans are damaged, defective or incomplete, please submit clear photographic proof within 48 hours for after-sales verification and handling.

Return & Refund Provisions We implement a 14-day legal cooling-off return policy for all intact and unused apparel products. All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, free of stains, odor and artificial damage, with original tags and complete packaging retained. Jeans, dresses, blouses and cardigans with obvious wear traces, washing damage or manual modification will not be eligible for return. Discounted clearance products are final sales and non-refundable. Customers shall bear return shipping fees independently unless the products have confirmed manufacturing defects or delivery errors caused by our side. After warehouse inspection and verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

Product Maintenance & Liability Explanation All garments are attached with professional care instructions. Users need to maintain jeans, dresses, blouses and cardigans in accordance with label guidelines to avoid fabric fading, shrinking, pilling and deformation. Damage caused by improper washing, careless storage and personal misuse will not be covered by our after-sales warranty. All coveystv apparel products comply with UK commodity safety standards. We provide replacement and refund services for confirmed defective goods. Within the scope permitted by local laws, we shall not be liable for any indirect losses and incidental expenses caused by product use.

Intellectual Property Protection All coveystv brand trademarks, original apparel designs, product images and website content are protected by intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification and commercial use of our design resources is strictly prohibited. We will take legal measures to protect our brand rights and interests once infringement occurs.

Privacy Protection Regulations We strictly abide by UK GDPR data protection rules. All personal information collected during order placement is only used for order processing, logistics arrangement and customer service communication. We will never sell, rent or disclose user private data to third-party institutions without explicit user authorization.
